Meet Bolanle

I am Bolanle Titilayo Segilola, PhD—an educator, researcher, and psychometrician dedicated to advancing inclusive pathways for neurodivergent learners in mainstream education. I developed the Academic Functional Learning Aptitude Test (AFLAT), an assessment tool that bridges clinical evaluations and classroom-based academic interventions. AFLAT supports diagnosis, informs flexible teaching strategies, and helps predict career pathways. Grounded in neurosensory and psychometric research, it has been validated for effectiveness, consistency, and reliability among learners with ASD. The tool also integrates multisensory approaches to address language impairments. Over 100 learners have already benefited from AFLAT, with many more awaiting access.
